Cruit – We have been tasked with finding an excellent software sales person for a global software business to be based in their Munich offices.
The company – Global leader in SaaS-based user interaction software products.
The Role – Field Sales / Senior Software Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive – Major Accounts (Field Sales) is responsible for new business development and client acquisition in a classic B2B methodology.
- To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling solutions into enterprise accounts of >1,000 Full Time Employees and within an assigned geographical or vertical market. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Engage with prospect organisations to position the Company’s solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partner etc.
- Provide presentations to prospects via online video conferencing.
- Schedule, facilitate, and introduce demos.
- Responsible for creating, closing, tracking and reporting results of sales opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory or industry vertical.
- Accurately manage, track and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in SalesForce.com
- Manage fast sales-cycles and present the value of our solutions to C-level executives.
- Exceptional selling skills via telephone, V/C and in person required.
Requirements – Hunger and motivation to succeed is key to this role. Several years of experience of working in a high-activity software sales environment and proven track record of achieving against targets. Appetite to work in demanding yet highly rewarding sales team. Client focused with a natural ability to close volume sales. Fluent Italian language skills also a must for this role.
Territories – Current openings within Munich: Italian Market (Italian speaking) and DACH Market (German speaking).
