Our client is a multinational brand with a global HQ in London, UK. On their behalf, we are looking for an SAP Service & Support Manager who will drive continuous improvements across all aspects of the SAP applications support and third party supplier management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with 3rd party service provider
  • Drive continuous service improvements across all functional areas
  • Build a roadmap to optimise existing functionality
  • Proactively lead initiatives to prepare for high volume events and seasonal peaks
  • Focus on root cause analysis with corrective/preventive measures being implemented
  • Early engagement in project lifecycle and collaboration with the solutions team in defining business support model
  • Ensure smooth handover and implementation of new functionality
  • Partner alongside other application support teams and create end-to-end operational flows.

Your Profile

  • Proven SAP project experience
  • Minimum education to bachelor degree level
  • Experience in managing an sap support competency centre across a complex spa landscape
  • Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and can work independently or as part of a team
  • Drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Well organised, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
  • Structured and disciplined, with attention to detail
  • Articulate, assertive and flexible
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
