Cruit – We have been tasked with finding an excellent software sales person for a global software business to be based in their Oslo offices.

The company – Global leader in Virtualisation and Mobility work based User Interaction software products.

The Role – Senior Inside Sales Manager (Inneselger) / Corporate Sales Representative.  The Corporate Sales Representative (Inside Sales Manager) is responsible for new business development (phone sales & territory management) and client acquisition in a classic B2B methodology.  You will focus on a cross-section of organisations from small businesses to medium sized multi-thousand employers.  The role of the CSR involves contacting key-decision makers in your nominated territory, qualifying the needs of the contact & company and then quickly building a winning relationship while introducing & demonstrating the product range; focusing on the unique selling points and how they meet the needs of the customer.

Requirements – Hunger and motivation to succeed is key to this role.  Experience of working in a high-activity software sales environment. Appetite to work in demanding yet rewarding sales team.  Client focused with a natural ability to close sales.  Fluent Norwegian language skills also a must for this role.  This couple with the ability to work in a multi-faceted sales approach (woking with other internal teams and third-parties VARs / Channel Partners) is key to success coupled with your natural hunter-gatherer sales skills.

Territories – Norway market.
