Retail Industry – IT Change & Benefits Realisation Manager – Hong Kong

A key client of Cruit in Hong Kong – As part of major transformation programme they are looking for three key people to join their Retail Business Transformation Programme (RBTP) at one of their major clients!  This transformation has the potential to be a multi-year programme and successful applicants will have a long initial contract to start.  Working for a global retailer you will be part of a unique team and expected to work in cohesion with the programme managers of both client and consulting partner; as well as the other hires made at the same time – a senior change manager, a communication manager and a training manager.

The Role:

Change and Benefits Realisation Workstream will be responsible for , but not limited to, the following:

  • Assess size and impact of change on Business and Key Stakeholders to develop overall Transition Plan
  • Integrate with Business Stakeholders to support future state design
  • Integrate with SI to support technical design and infrastructure needs
  • Support user acceptance and systems integration testing
  • Participate in training, rollout planning and support
  • Execute Transition Plan to move Business and Key Stakeholders from current state to new delivery model
  • Track and communicate benefits realisation
